At Saban's age he needs young coaches to keep the team fired up for him since he's not doing it anymore. Open your eyes if you think he is "lighting a fire" or "going off on folks" during the week and nonsense like that.

If he doesn't make any changes after this year then we will know he's Bobby Bowden 2.0 and we should get ready for a few 8-4, 7-5 seasons before he drops completely off a cliff and finally retires.
