How? The guys are out here to play. Tua hardly gets to play before getting pulled out. When is the last time our starter threw five passes before being pulled?

2016 season opener probably.

Credit where it's due. Jalen is looking good in this game. He looks like he's in the right mindset as well, and giving it his best out there

He just sits on the sideline the vast majority of these games.

Oh man, poor guy.

Go back and look at our past several blowouts. In games like the 2012 IB, the backup didn’t come until the 2nd half.

And?

Tua not getting the experience he needs, because Saban won't stop putting in a QB that will be gone next year.

You think there's anything more to be gained against this awful opponent? I doubt it.

Pretty sure, Tua is fine with this. The meat of the schedule is coming up and he'll be fresh

It's not but the playbook shrinks when he is in, and my main point is that Tua should get a half, practice all week, get hyped, don't even finish the 1st quarter...

This is a glorified bye week.

You don't get it!

Tua needs playing time against a defense which is probably weaker then out third string.

It isn't like he gets practice or reps against a stromg defense during the week.....

Are you for real going to say Hurts looks better when he’s playing Louisiana? If Georgia/Clemson rolled in right now he’d suck like he always does

I'm really kind of baffled that people are soooooo concerned with how it's being handled at this point. These same people will bitch at saban if he leaves tua in the game too long when we are up four scores and he gets hurt.

I don't know why people think he needs a half against a shitty team. He didn't even need the spring and look at what he's doing.
