I don’t understand why we’re not putting in one of our backup qbs this drive. Bryce has been a great steward but he shouldn’t be playing this late in the game.

This is true but to be fair, Kirby was here for a lot of the 15+ years. Kirby isn’t Dabo and there’s absolutely nothing to point to that suggests he can’t sustain a 15-20yr run of elite football.
Will he get to 7 NC’s? Maybe, but I certainly would take the over if set at 4 or less.

My favorite play in that sequence was the extremely quick snap and launch out of bounds on 1st down for a completely useless play that stopped that clock

Kirby will be in play until there's a team in the SEC East that's is focused on playing great on both sides of the ball.
