Yeah, the lack of talent on the outside is disturbing. Jeudy, Waddle, and DeVonta were recruited by Cristobal, Napier, Locksley, Tosh, and Burton Burns. All of those guys are long gone. There's definitely been a massive brain drain in terms of good recruiters over the past few years.
