Metchie was actually the better read on that TD.. but both were open. I actually like him fitting the ball in closer.. we will need that down the line and it builds confidence again.

Guys, you understand these WR screens set up deep plays later on - right? Fundamental
Football. Plus, in most cases, our guys should beat there guys on most of those short ones - Williams had an 18 yard gain on one. Metchie has not been following his blocks and has been stopped for not much gain (had a horrible read in the first drive).

Last year's all SEC schedule made me realize how much I hate these money games. I'd rather see Bama have a home and home series against a dogshit Power 5 team like Kansas than to watch games like these.

Oddly enough, my daughter is going to the Kansas-Texas game with a friend tonight.
