Looks like the black rubber mat is covering concrete. It’s like glass with those cleats. I’ve done that sooooo many times in HS.

To be fair, no one had spring practice. A lot of figuring out who can play and installing plans had to happen in the fall. Maybe less time for tackling. Lots of teams suffering.

They will work on it at half...the O is running a lot of misdirection so the RPO's for the QB (both QBs although the white kid wasn't as mobile and had problems making the right passing reads, but he seemingly has a better arm) makes those inside hand-offs and sweep screens seem like it's gashing, they just have to get used to making the reads on D
