My god I hate Saban. Seem like he really focuses on everything UM does. Coaches, commits, offers. Go get your own players and coaches.
But setting up satellite camps in Alabama is okay?

Dan Enos leaving Michigan to become Alabama's QB guru

Michigan assistant coach Dan Enos is leaving for Alabama, according to sources. Enos is expected to become the Crimson Tide’s associate head coach and quarterback coach, according to sources.
Enos’ move away from Michigan is surprising, as he was officially announced as being hired there on Jan. 8, and it was later identified that he’d coach wide receivers. Jim Harbaugh hired Enos as part of the puzzle to fix Michigan’s ailing offense, which finished No. 105 in total offense last year and No. 110 in passing offense. But Enos will be leaving Ann Arbor for Tuscaloosa, another bad turn for Michigan’s beleaguered offense.
At Alabama, Enos will be in charge of the most fascinating quarterback room in college football for the 2018 season. The Crimson Tide have both former SEC Player of the Year Jalen Hurts and College Football Playoff Title game hero Tua Tagovailoa. At halftime of Alabama’s game against Georgia, Tagovailoa entered the game with the Tide trailing 13-0 and led a scintillating comeback in a 26-23 victory.
That quarterback competition will make Alabama’s QB room the most scrutinized position group in college football next season.
Enos brings a strong offensive pedigree in pro-style systems. He’s the former head coach at Central Michigan, where he went 26-36 over five seasons. He served the last three years as Arkansas’ offensive coordinator. Enos oversaw the development of quarterback Brandon Allen and tailback Alex Collins and set numerous program marks over that time. Those included the Arkansas’ single-game SEC record with 661 total yards against Mississippi State in 2016 and the second most total yards in a season with 6,051 in 2015.
Enos has history with Saban, as they overlapped the 1987 season when Enos was a quarterback at Michigan State and Saban was an assistant coach.

Does he actually have any head coach responsibilities or power?
Posted on 1/25/18 at 7:59 pm to GAFF
No.
He'll be our 4th or 5th coach with an Associate Head Coach label attached to their name.
It's just a title bump to give them more money. Nothing else.

I'll admit that I've had a bait of whatever type offense we've been trying to run. A return back to a pro style offense might be what we need to do. In any event, this give me more confidence that #13 will be the qb.

Enos setting himself up for that OC job. Locs better not frick up.
Saban is playing it smart. He's hiring guys like Golden, Enos & Gattis who can be promoted if Locks or Lupoi get hired away for HC gigs.

Enos is who I wanted as OC from the get go. Put our QB under center, power run game, vertical passing, and actually use the TEs.

I'd be shocked to see Tua, or Jalen for that matter, under center...

Enos should coach TEs & QBs. He is the best offensive coach on our staff. IMO.
Jeremy Sprinkle, Hunter Henry were fricking studs at TE under Enos.
