UGA has a much better strength of schedule than Cincy.

Yea, I know but they also have a Conference Championship and they are undefeated. I personally would weigh those higher than SoS. Cincinatti did schedule Notre Dame outside their Schedule. They tried to do everything in their power to be in the playoff.

They will avoid the first round rematch. If UGA is 4, Bama will be in at 2. If Bama is 1, uGA will be 3 or the first team out

Yea, of course. My first post in this thread is what I think the CFP will do.

The second post is just my opinion.

I hope they don't do that but like yourself I believe that is just what they will do.

Does Bama have a Miami-Dallas preference?

I'd pick Dallas, to play indoors.

I agree. I think the Orange Bowl is a better atmosphere but I wouldn’t want to take the chance of rain.

ESPN strength of record has almost mirrored the playoff committee so far and it has

1. Alabama
2. Michigan
3. Georgia
4. Cincinnati

5. Notre Dame
6. Michigan State

Would Bama also be practicing indoors? That Texas weather is hell this time of the year.

I would go Orange Bowl. Far away from Ohio and a chance it will be warm and a little humid. People from up north don't handle any kind of the southern humidity well.

Imagine if Okie St. would have won. At the time, I was hoping they lost as it provided air coverage for Bama in case we lost.

Now that we won the SECCG. It would have been interesting.

Instill think UGA probably gets the nod, but the media would have been 100% on OkieSt > UGA for sure.

Kind of seems we might get the early kick. Georgia-Michigan probably more likely to be a closer game for prime time I think

Same here. I honestly think Georgia would be out if OK State had won. Honestly would have been the most difficult decision for the Committee since the playoff started. But now it’s a lot easier. While I would love it, I cannot see anyway that Baylor or ND hops Georgia.

I would laugh my butt off but UGA is still one of the best 4 teams in the country.

I mean I think they are. But if you actually look at their schedule who’s the best team they’ve beaten? Arkansas? A bad Clemson team? The East and West are two totally different animals

Facts: Cincy chose to schedule these out-of-conference opponents: Miami-Ohio (6-6), Murray State (6-5), Indiana (2-10), Notre Dame (11-1). Georgia (among others) would probably be undefeated vs Cincy's schedule.
