He looks like he has gotten into better shape. Carrying less bad weight around the midsection for sure.

Agreed; I went with 350-ish because he came in at around 360, was listed officially at 350, and looks to have gotten significantly leaner since.

What are the chances Cochran knows what a dynamic coordination plyo is? I’m pleased with the new scientific approach and focus on flexibility, strength in dynamic movement, etc. sure hope it pays off in injury prevention.

Neal looks about 320 in that shot. Looks to be in great shape.

I remember a big kid years ago that could do a back flip. He never panned out.

E Neal seems like he's more motivated than that kid was, and I think he'll be a very good contributor.
