I hope you are right, but I am unconvinced and uncomfortable about this situation with SMU. If this narrative of not punishing championship game teams, that everyone here was clinging to a few weeks ago, holds up they won’t drop SMU below us. If that happens we are out.

Notre Dame can't be 4, so if they put us at 12 that's who we play.
If they put us at 11 we'll probably play Ohio State or Penn State.

That narrative only applies to the SEC and Big 10.

Do they make y'all listen to these talking heads lol? Don't watch the halftime show. I go do whippits in the back yard with my shirt off for 20 minutes.

Hell with that. They should them make play a quarter. It couldn't be much worse then some of the QB play.
