Pinned thread titles should be shortened so they're only 1 line on the mobile version of the board:
2020 Bama Baseball Thread
(9-0, 0-0) - Baby Bammers
Get rid of the unneeded crap to make it 1-line:
Bama Baseball (9-0, 0-0)
The two pinned basketball thread titles should also be shortened to 1 line. Crap like "2020" and "thread" aren't needed. Shorter 1-line titles:
UA Basketball (15-13, 7-8)
UA Basketball Recruiting

I thought we were trying to reduce the number of stickied threads? 36% of the first page is now stickied. On mobile, I can't even see the first new post without scrolling.

Honestly, scrolling past the pinned threads isn't a big chore. I got almost all of the pinned thread owners to shorten their thread titles to 1-line on the mobile version of the board display, which cut the space used by the pinned threads a lot. There's 3 more pinned threads this time of year for coaching changes, softball & baseball. And the CFB Coaching Carousel thread can now be unpinned.

I'd personally love to see many of them gone. But you get use to scrolling past them pretty quick on the bright side.

3rd - you aren't wrong and I agree. But I think we've done (or tried) to not "punish" anyone for calling names.
As you've said, it's a message board and we're adults. Can't do much about upvotes or downvotes, but I have no desire to start banning people again.

3down10, I think you are right, but I believe that we are getting the board to a better place now. Give it a few weeks and let's see if we all settle down to a nice off-season groove. I have had to wrangle myself in as well and am not blameless.

None of us are blameless. I believe we all get too wound up at times. It is what it is. Kinda believe we are spoiled and need a Championship

Your own behavior is what created the situation that you're complaining about. Continuing the same behavior and expecting different results is just more evidence of insanity.
