All he's done is win, from the bottom to the top. And he just took mediocre Washington program to the NC and had a chance to win in the 4th.
We may lose a few recruits. But this hire is the equivalent of getting Dr Andrews to stop bleeding. Especially in less than 48 hours. And with good coordinator hires, this is a grand slam transition.
