National media discourse seems a bit over the top

Two of the most "look at me I've said something outrageous" in the media. All they do is rage bait on everything. No offense op but I do not care about their opinions on anything and DeBoer shouldn't either. I don't even know what they said and don't care. I wished they'd both retire to Jamaica.

Granted I also don't like to listen to coach talk up the team, even though I posted a couple of links this morning with the disrespect talk. I am just waiting and hoping to see the talk get on field.

I agree that they’re controversy mongers but you cannot deny that they essentially set the parameters of sports discourse: SAS more generally, Finebaum specifically to college athletics.

That’s what I’m saying that there is feast being arranged if our squad isn’t a playoff caliber team.

One thing I didn’t like about the Saban era (one of the very few) was that Finebaum tried to kiss our arse. Screw that guy twelve ways to Sunday. Will literally say anything and knows absolutely nothing. I’m glad he now finds it more profitable to trash talk Alabama, which is the only thing that he cares about. He gives journalists a bad name, which ain’t easy to do.
