Mind blowing: SEC basketball

Does it blow your mind, like it does mine, that as we are gearing up for conference play that the SEC has only lost a total of 20 games so far? That is just crazy. Where normally a 9-2 team at this stage would be leading the conference, they are only one spot above last. I know the conference will eat each other up when it begins, but it’s amazing how strong from top to bottom the SEC is so far this year.

Not only is the record impressive, but the strength of schedule that almost every team in the conference has played is near the top. It would be one thing if everyone was playing creampuffs

Gotta win some jewelry. I like how strong the conference is. I like beating UNC and KU. I like owning the Big10. But at some point, the SEC needs to go on a basketball run like they went on a football run from 2006-2012

Not sure why people don’t understand this hypothetical. If barn wins 1 title, it means Alabama wins 2 titles and bookends their turd like we did the scam title.
Current basketball national championships:
Bama - 0
barn - 0.
If the barn winning 1 title, results in Alabama winning 2 titles, I would pull for the cow college.
Also, probably need to add that yes, I am aware that a barn title doesn’t automatically result in 2 Bama titles. It was hypothetical.

Auburn is on a historically elite pace through 12 games. They are the real deal.

Very good. But then again, Apparently so is everyone in the conference. Nobody is getting out of this league with less than 4 conference losses in the 18 game slate.

I don’t see AU losing more than 2-3 conference games. They will win all home games easily. Their defense is elite per usual, not sure if it’s personnel she recruits or system but Pearl defense always strong

I was super concerned about him because he’s such a ridiculous foul merchant, but we did a good job not taking the bait and letting any particular player get into early foul trouble.
I think that was the difference in your matchup. Once Omoruyi had to sit he just teed off. While I like Nelson - 6’11 though he may be - if he’s forced in to being your primary post defender he’s gonna get eaten up by effective bigs.
