We all know our issues, it's been discussed ad nauseum. So what do we need to win?

As many people healed as possible, Grubbs to call a good game, our special teams to make no mistakes, Ty not to turn the ball over and compete the "simple" stuff. .

Alright sunshine pumpers nows your chance to explain how wrong we've all been and how we're gonna win this game!

Don’t turn it over, finish in the red zone..

Had nearly 500 yards against them the first time.. so it’s not like they’re the Steel Curtain

I need to go back and watch that game. See how we attacked them.

Protect the ball, win the turnover battle, protect Ty, gain 115+ yards on the ground, tackle in space, make OU offense prove they can drive the length of the field to score.

They were able to cause enough havoc to create two turnovers by the offense without their best defender and pass rusher. They give up yards in the air, so I bet we'll look better than the last two games on the box score.

Biggest key is no turnovers.

Play excellent defense again and don’t turn the ball over is a good place to start.

Don't press...play small ball, take what they give you. Grind it out game.

-Avoid S/T mistakes
-OU is the best in the country at stripping the ball, ball protection should be priority 1

Everything else to me is dependent on the health of our OL and whether Ty is operating the offense effectively in practice. If not we need to be prepared to bring in someone else if he goes into meltdown mode again because we cannot win against that defense on the road with the offense we displayed against UGA.

As has been discussed in other threads I hope we never see another bunch tight formation and if we do it needs to be leveraged in new ways rather than as the least effective run formation in the history of Alabama football. To me its the current equivalent of Darby up the middle. Whatever we were trying to do it isnt working and we need to stop.

it's already been said, No turnovers

if even one, much less all three, of the turnovers we had in the first game weren't there we win that game comfortably

can't say how healthy Mateer will be and whether it'll make a difference

Oklahoma has a few defensive starters out and one rotational player out. Sounds like the bug isn’t just us.

That article only mentioned Williams being out (who also missed our previous game) and R Mason being TBD (who also missed our previous game). Is the status of anyone else for OU TBD?

There was another player on def one of these tweets mentioned I can’t seem to find it and apparently the starting Center isn’t looking good to go against us either. Jake Maikkula.
