Some of these football parents just like to be asked to talk and indulge the journalists.

All that needed to be said is it was a business decision and leave it at that. Business decision can mean a lot of things and it would be correct. What he said just sounds like stupid shite to backwards engineer to prior suitor coming back into the picture and they liked their offer and coaching staff on defense better than Alabama's. Can't say that without putting their kid's new employer on sanctions though.

However the 70% of the roster is there to play for Bama. The Bama Standard. The Tradition and legacy still means something to these players.

This is the reason that my wife and I have been arguing for the last year and a half. Coincidentally, when he experienced a coaching change at his school in Virginia. You don’t turn your back on your teammates or tuck your tail between your legs and run when they need you the most. Everyone on that team needs each other and needs to circle the wagon and have each others back!

I’m sure he is expecting to play in the NFL. What happens when your coach staff gets canned… he just up and quits? Requests a trade that will be denied??

Well hopefully nothing happens with the allegations of Kirby letting recruits drink at his house… or he’ll be in the portal again…
