Wouldn’t be surprised if Jorge Munoz replaced him. He is already on staff and has OC experience. I would guess that is what was holding up Oregon’s OC search. I think Munoz wanted to see if Brady left before taking that job.

It was a combination. Guys LSU was just a great team this year. Brady put Burrow in a system that fit his abilities and he thrived. No less than what Lane did with Jalen except Brady is better at developing QBs apparently while Lane was just really good at calling offenses that helped his QB become successful. Let’s hope we retain Sark and keep some continuity. LSU is not just going to fade away. They have a better coaching staff than Auburn and better talent and depth to just fade away.

Saw on Twitter Brady has total staff control in Carolina and probably wants to take Munoz with him

I think Brady has a bit more to work with in senior Burrow than Lane did with true freshman Hurts

Guess we'll never find out if it was really Brady or Burrow. Shame.
Joe burrow played milquetoast football for four years at two different universities, with 3 different offensive coordinators and two head coaches.
Then along comes joe brady in his fifth and final year.
It was joe brady.

Moss and Jefferson would be wise to leave now. Fingers crossed

Sell are your Brady stock 1st thing on Wednesday. Take the profits now. It's not the arrow..it's the Indian.
Joe Burrow made plays all year long. What you don't want to read is that LSU has a starting QB from outside Loseranna. Can you feel me. We need them to have a home grown QB.

Brady/Burrow was LSUs version of Newton/Malzahn in 2010

I said at the end of October Brady would likely be back in the NFL next season. He was an NFL guy and with his success no way he wasn't having a ton of money thrown his way.

People assume that Munoz is going to take over the OC spot, but Brady may take Munoz with him to NFL.

They're back to a three or four loss team.

The delusion on the tiger rant is hysterical. One guy can not understand why Brady would want to leave LSU to go coach in the NFL. Another thinks that Ensminger learned enough from Brady to keep the system running next season with the same results.

I don't know about that, but that offense was incredible because of Burrow. With him gone, their offense will come back down to earth. However, it's permanently out of the Stone Age rut that they had been in for so long, and so I expect their next 10 years offensively to be much better than the previous 10.

At the end of the day, coaches do what's best for their themselves and their families. Understandable. Brady's star was too bright for him to stay in one spot for a long time.
Working for Rhule is a dream for a lot of up and coming coaches.
If folks don't like turnover then they need a system with strong roots in place. Tom Osborne's Nebraska never missed a beat over 25-30 years. The last time Esminger has been in this spot was when Auburn lost Bobby Petrino to Louisville, the results were hideous and almost got Tuberville fired in the infamous jetgate fiasco.

LSU DC may be on the move, so if that is true, then LSU will struggle big time.

LSU caught lightning in a bottle with everything that meshed together so well.
I'm of the opinion that it's more the players than the coaches in a instance like this one year of superlatives. Take Auburn 2010 for example. Was it the coaches or the players?
Well, their QB went to the NFL and has had MVP like seasons. The Auburn coaching staff, wherever they've been has not had overwhelming offensive success over the past decade.
What could Petrino do without Lamar Jackson?
Maybe coaches can ruin players, but players can make coaches

I see your point but Petrino had success without Lamar Jackson.

Are you hearing anything? I was thinking he may wait for the USC job.
