U.S. District Court judge Charlotte Sweeney’s ruling — granting a temporary restraining order — effectively grandfathers-in hundreds of athletes, many of whom had already signed pro contracts. Those athletes are now eligible to return to college, and could presumably enter the transfer portal to find new homes if they do not wish to play at their previous schools. LINK

apparently all these judges, well all but one, have banned together and decided it's their mission to destroy the ncaa.
