I'm still bitter... This staff is not up to standard

Watching the post game shows this evening and they're going over stats for this team... It's bad...Like historically bad. This is not acceptable. It's not just milroe... There are major problems on both sides of the ball. It points to issues with the coaching staff. They appear to be in over their heads...
Saban always had to replace coaches, but the team survived. Pretty amazing, actually. These clowns are not getting it done. I hope Kalen knows when to cut bait with these coordinators.

Two weeks removed from losing to Vandy, we had an assistant waltzing into Neyland with a cigar in their mouth.
This isn’t the same program of the last 17 years.

You should walk right up to the Athletic Facility on monday... tell the coaches to get their act together or you are finding a new team. We need some real discipline in this program!!

Losing to a good team while playing well is forgivable for a first year coach.
We lose to mediocre teams while playing poorly. We barely scrap by bad teams while playing poorly. That's unacceptable.

Speaking of staff members. Can we do better than David Ballou leading the strength and conditioning program? I know he’s all into the sports science and whatnot, but we don’t seem tough or disciplined at all. My understanding has always been that a lot of the toughness and discipline of a college football team is built on the strength and conditioning side of things. We can talk about how this guy can lift this much, or this guy is this fast in his first four steps or whatever but none of that crap matters if we aren’t tough and disciplined.
