Saban is at a crossroads. Rebuild or let things stay the same. Our rebuild is different than other teams because we are rebuilding coaches/analysts.

He’s done that time and time again at Alabama. Players, coaches, schemes and philosophy. The ability to self-analyze and adapt as needed to stay on top is second only to his work ethic in the list of reasons he is tGOAT.

Then he needs to self-analyze and realize he may have overreacted to the losses to Manziel and Freeze.

I hope he takes a look over to Athens and realizes that Georgia has implemented Bama's "Make his arse quit" scheme, version 2.0, quite successfully.

They're gonna be back-to-back champions with it. They are the new Dynasty.

We're now Oklahoma pre-Venables. Minus the good offense.

They're going to win two. Back to back.

Last one to do it? Bama. No one's done it in the Playoff era.

I'm just saying Saban went too far in the finness direction and it's biting us on the arse. Kirby implemented Saban's earlier incantation in Athens and is thriving.

We're pulling transfers from Vandy and Georgia Tech. Something is rotten.

You mean the overreaction that’s won 3 titles and played for 3 more since that time?

Yeah, I think I can live with another reaction like that one. As far as UGA being the new dynasty I guess you forgot that they got blown frick out in the SECCG and had to make a 4th quarter comeback to win the rematch against a Bama team without it’s two star offensive weapons.

I think you’re the one overreacting just a tad.

Tell me what program in the nation including UGA wouldn’t take that Georgia Tech transfer right now.

There are bad takes and the there are really bad takes…..

Agreed. The transfer portal era is here and it is what it is. A&M is a dumpster fire but I'll take Evan Stewart instantly if he wants out of the cult.

I hope we are after Evan Stewart. I hear Texas is after him. We should look for some DL too.

Definitely agree, he’s not retiring after this year but “right now” in regards to recruiting class are two very important words. Commits are getting hit up hard with reasons to flip and I fear some of those pitches will sway a few. Also it’s not looking great with guys we supposedly were in a good position for a month or two ago. A lot of work to be done before esd.

Saban has said many times through the years that you have to know when to tear a team down, and when to build them up

Building this team up has clearly failed. Extremely entitled group.

No way he says this shite after a game like this if he was still locked in about the future of the program. He seems old this year and seems like he is ready to retire. Just my opinion

Possibly. He definitely seems different this year. The old Saban never would have been satisfied with just winning the game. I think the main problem is that he's finally gotten tired. It would explain everything, especially the lack of discipline and poor fundamentals. Saban has always been a control freak but getting tired explains everything. Happened to Bear Bryant. Happends to eveyone eventually.

Slow down, they would be 0-2 against Bama and 0-2 in NC games if not for injuries.

I listened to the postgame interview yesterday and on some questions that he would have let into the reporter (?) he just paused and quietly answered.

When he does retire the idiots that think we'll be better will get what they asked for.
