I look at the schedule now and I’m worried. Mississippi State is capable of scoring a lot. Tennessee is suddenly putting up points. They could be dangerous. I look at Arkansas and I see A&M with a more dangerous quarterback. And Auburn is always Auburn and with Nix…and at Jordan Hare. We’re going to have buckle down and go to work.
I’m starting to think their inconsistent prep and play is REALLY showing up in these crazy road games but not nearly as much in manageable environments.

In 2007 LSU lost to a not great Ke tucky team.
In 2014, Ohio State lost to a 7-6 Penn State team 31-24 in OT.
I dunno about the Georgia part, but it's a shock to the system because while other teams did that we never have.

Because I look at our season as a totality, not just our worst game of the year.
We lost in a hostile environment, in fact the most hostile in all college football. And had to play in the Swamp, the second most hostile stadium in the nation.
Last year the stadiums weren't full or we would have likely slipped up on the road somewhere.
Hell UGA was whooping our arse till mid third quarter last year. We were fortunate to win that game but no one mentions it now,

A&M is not a good team, mediocre at best

The only thing this team has that can be even remotely called consistent is the field goal kicking (ironically).
The other phases are pure arse.

That's fine to do in hindsight once we've won a title, but we haven't gotten there yet. We can, we might, but we haven't.
Hopefully we do, but we have shite to fix and less than a week to fix it.
