AJ and Trent talk about Alabama football, and these guys know more than most anyone on this site.
They like DeBoer a lot. They say he has an excellent philosophy and that way he is seeking to lead the team is exactly what we would want. They like Wommack. They think Grubb should stay. And they think Ty stays with us another year and Austin Mack transfers out.
They were ticked about the lack of dawgs on both lines of scrimmage.

I saw a clip where they questioned the energy of the players before the Rose Bowl. They said it players were dead.
One of the biggest things that I think CKD needs to fix is that. There are SO many games where we come out flat. That’s on the coaching staff.

Yeah I mean the last 3 games we got our arse totally kicked in 2 and had to come back from down 17 in another.
Kept hearing practice was good and we were getting healthy. Would fix the slow starts.
Really no point in watching any press conferences going forward because I don’t think they seem to know how the team is going to respond.

Coaches can only get the players the message, the players have accountability for their own motivation. If you can’t get up for a game this big, the coaches hype can only go so far.
Some of what the last few years teams have missed going back to Saban’s last couple years is self motivated teams.

I agree that is both the players and the coaches. I just haven't seen a lot of energy out of the coaches outside of Shep. I felt like he was the energy rod on defense. Shep is gone.

He’s got a school-girl crush on Cignetti, whom he has built up into some sort of mythical status because he beat our team once.
I’m surprised he wasn’t begging to hire Hugh Freeze when Auburn let him go. He did beat us twice. He must be the bomb shizzle.
