What scheme is going to stop our db’s from getting burned on every play when the threat of the run if there?

It’s not about scheme as much as it’s that these guys don’t look well coached. They lose every 50/50 ball, partially because they never turn their heads in time. They’re out of position a lot. Being a coach isn’t just scheming, it’s also making sure your guys are ready. Those DBs look lost most games this year. The only reason they aren’t worse are because of guys like Will Anderson.

So if it isn’t scheme why aren’t people question the individual coaching they get? Does everything just fall on Golding or is that just the easy internet blame?

There should be a clean sweep of the entire defensive coaching staff except for Sunseri and maybe Kelly.

Good thing saban is the coach and realizes it’s more about the Jimmy’s and joes than X and O’s.

Personally I think a lot more people then Golding deserve blame. But him being the DC and the defense struggling is going to get him blame too.

Honestly it's supposing jobe played as well as he did last year. Dude is one of the slowest starting corners I've seen at bama. He just can't play that position and have success against any capable wr

The players will come if there is a good product on the field.

I don't really giaf what Georgia, I'm just glad to get the win, and win the west again, and basically have one game to win to make it to the dance.

Shula era mentality.

I agree everyone deserves blame, including Saban, Golding, the position coaches, and players. Maybe I’m just asking too much for people to be objective and use their eyes though.

How exactly is being happy that we've won 10 games, the western conference title, and not giving a shite about useless transitive statistics with Georgia a "Shula era mentality"? That doesn't even make sense.

How did Jobe get so bad? Outside the penalties, he was solid last year. Dude looks like Savion Smith out there now.

He’s a safety. The coaches have him out of position

And underperforming because of sub par coaches.

When you get 5 stars and have them playing like 2 and 3 stars, then that starts to effect recruiting. Spurrier used that against Georgia in the 90s.

People post this same thread every week, it’s getting old af. We’re 11 games in, we all know where changes are needed.

Well that’s Sabans area of coaching. I’m not anGilding defender but as it’s a team game if Bama punches in the TD on the three red zone appearances where we got only 3 points this games never close.
