There's news going around that he has completed Airborne school.

Well, no one will ever accuse him of having lived a dull life.

That's good. And I know he said he had stopped loving playing football, but I think I would have stuck out a few more years if I were him.

All he needs to do now is author a book and he'd be the Ernest Hemingway of black people

enlisted, he is 2 classes away from his degree. There is another bama board I'm on where this rumor started. My basic thought was that he will try to go chaplain when he fulfills the academic requirements.

If he is in the service and the rumor of his attendance of the Basic Airborne course (Airborne School)is also true, the safe assumption is that he is in the Army.

If he is in the Army and he is enlisted he can attend officer Candidate school (OCS) as long as he has 60 Credit hours. Upon successful completion of OCS he will attend Basic Officer Leadership Course (BOLC-B) at which point he would qualify in the basic performance of his assigned Branch (job). He will have to complete his degree before he competes for promotion to Captain and subsequent attendance of the "Career course".

I know...TMI!

It's true. Being in the military allows me to find other people very easily.

Who said Rolando would be a good coach? That thread was about him assisting the assistant in drills and such. Tim Castille, Chris Samuels, Justin Smiley, and several other former players have been doing this while they are back finishing degrees.

Post was not meant to be taking literally. And I know Justin Smiley is back, I saw him a lot last summer at NorthRiver. Class A guy and I'm glad he is part of the staff.
