Exactly . I just said we didn’t play well defensively . 4,7, 18 all hurt us as well as our DL. Everybody knows when Green went out it didn’t help but you still have to play and defend the run whether it be his sub or scheme run fits but UGA OL pass protected and ran the ball well I thought . Not something to get upset about You can’t blame just one player for the results we got . Injuries unfortunately are part of the game and the coaches and players have to have a “next man up” attitude or we are screwed

Ok man you win. We looked like the ‘86 Bears in the first half. Losing a “key” player was the only reason we gave up a ton of yards on the ground and 3rd down conversions . LBs not scraping, over running or 90 getting driven down the LOS which allowed OL to get to our backers ( who missed tackles unblocked as well) evidently is not a sign of bad defense . Wommack , I hope , is not conceding that we should not play well this Saturday bc we don’t have 99 going this week

It’s a huge indictment on Roach that our best players (by far) on the DL are transfers, and that we have apparently zero high-quality depth behind those guys. The LBs were not great and the DBs (safeties primarily) were atrocious against the run, but it all starts up front, and our guys, outside of Green and Thompkins, got displaced from their assignment way too often.

Was hoping Big Steve Mboumoua would give us some minutes this year. Having Jarrett Johnson around has to be helping some.

Green went on the last possession of the first half. Never played again

Deboer said Green had been playing through it for a couple of games before UGA. I've never heard what the injury is. Does anyone know?

Pathetic response where again warp what I said because you're trying to "win" while taking my analysis trying to form it as an original thought.

This is why it sucks talking any kind of football on here because most don't have a clue what they're watching, repeat the same tropes because they don't and some like you can't even understand simple concepts which is why you still don't understand why our LBs are playing how they're playing. It's literally our system. Anyways, continue in your dumbassery. I'm done

I can assure you I don’t take any of your high level analysis as my own

The post I quoted was literally a summary of what I was posting.

At this point you don't even disagree with what I was saying. In fact with every post you literally are agreeing with everything I posted. Another poster tried to hint that as well.

You are here to win an argument you created not actually talk specifics when it comes to what occurred. When you got to specifics you might as well just quoted my posts and said "what he said" instead of paraphrasing.

Racin Delgatty downgraded to Doubtful.

Time for Mal Waldrep to earn his NIL money.

Buckle up Waldrep, you got a tough matchup in your first start at center.

I don't like this matchup with our top DL and starting center out. Are any key players out for UT?

We’re talented enough to beat Tennessee. The biggest advantage Tennessee has is we got tenderized by UGA last week not anything they do.

This is turning into the type of game that shapes the rest of our season outlook. A lot going against us attrition wise but if we can find a way to win this one, I think we’re almost a lock for the playoffs.

A&M sucks but I’m sure we’ll see a backup QB by then. That team might be quitting on Elko though.

LSU is tough on the road but if we can use the bye to get some guys back, I like us there.

Auburn sucks and the game is in BDS, nuff said.

Go inside Alabama Football’s defensive communications with head coach Kalen DeBoer, defensive coordinator Kane Wommack and the Crimson Tide staff against Tennessee. Hear the coaches discuss Tennessee’s formation and anticipate the pass before Zabien Brown returns an interception 99 yards for a touchdown as time expires in the first half. This REWIND captures the headset conversations and sideline reactions surrounding the play during Alabama’s 37–20 win at Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium on October 18, 2025.
