Definitely just one of the pack now.
Relying on misfortunes of other teams for wins now.
Gone are the dominant double digit wins
Gone are the backups playing the 4th quarter.
Gone are opponents being intimidated

Perkins, Curry, Debose, Price doesn’t count but still embarrassing, Fran, Shula. It doesn’t get much worse than that. But most of us that are old enough weathered the storm to appreciate what Saban built.

If the DC would get his head out of his arse, Alabama would be fine. Look what happens when we blitz. The offense will be mostly fine.

Yeah Bama has not been a big disciplined bully since after 2020. The only difference is with Saban you knew they'd at worst still be a top 10 team. Maybe that'll be the same with this team but we'll have to wait and see

No but the team basically became one because no one was stopping the offense. If the defense gave up 24 the offense would score 50. They had a sloppyish game vs UF and OM. But that's it. Ever since that Bama has had 4-6 crappy games a year it seems

Bingo on the blitz! No way with this bunch of DL and ILBers can you just play straight up and defeat teams. You're going to have to send folks and gamble.
Without a doubt these 3 ILBers 0-11-15 are the worst group ever to start as a group at Bama. Can't tackle anybody and when they do they get taken 4 yards in the process.
Surely Kalen or someone will view the film of that F onside kick and remove the 3 players that allowed the ball thru their hands. #45 is useless.
5 wins with Mercer gets us to 6. There is nothing elite about this crew.

Sunshine pumping yes men do far more damage to any team, business, etc. Than those willing to point out the uncomfortable underlying issues.
Long been said that the worst thing that can happen sometimes is for a team to play bad and win.
