I’m watching a lack of consistency, too much contact behind the line, sloppy operation and defensive penetration that will be a problem once we’re playing better rosters unless it’s cleaned up immediately. Thankfully we have a tune up this year instead of a high profile road game. Definitely needed it.
Defense has looked solid and will be the difference this year.

The QB draw in a passing situation was smart. But right there, it just isn't smart. Grubb doesn't know how to use his rotation of RBs who are built for that

I get too emotional during the game and have to sit quietly for a couple of days afterwards before I can sum it up
Right now, I want to fire Grubb at the end of the season and just relegate RCW to fielding punts only (for now).

I see possibility and improvement. Weakest link I see is Grubb, which I anticipated. But no matter who is OC, they are going to be similar to Grubb because that is what Deboer wants.
