Dylan is going to be covered again if he comes back to UA. But dad might want that payout right now. I don’t know.

All comes down to the insurance. But I think it will work out.

Sounds to me like the big issue is that the family paid the insurance premium on the 2020 draft policy and wants the University to pay the premium on the 2021 policy if he forfeits the current policy by coming back.

I mean he got the first coverage with no grade. Not sure what factor draft grade plays into it. I think it’s assumed with a good year he’d be a first round pick.

I think the “his majesty” remark was a shot at Dylan for making the decision on his own. Even though he’s a fricking adult

Did the "lawyer" have someone proofread the letter?

That’s really it and his dad is pretty crazy. So once that calms down I think all will remain the same.

Sounds like daddy moses was really looking forward to that loss of value payout and is pissed his grown arse son made a decision for himself.

Right, it sounds like he can either take the loss of value payout since he got a second round grade, and go to the NFL or he can come back to Alabama and potentially increase his draft stock, but then lose the loss of value payout.

It is Lloyds of London, not Lords of London. Some of you are just plain stupid.

Hey bud, the release on Dylan’s page, by his esteemed attorney, said Lords of London. That’s why everyone is saying that.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

I'm assuming that his dad somehow attempted to create a corporation that is somehow written into the policy with said corporation having full decision making power over Dylan's policy, and that his dad is the decision maker/sole board member of said Corporation.

I can't imagine any of that would actually fly in a court of law, but (1) It's Louisiana, so who the frick knows and (2) LOL that he did this with his son.

What a cluster
