What exactly is this guy up to?

My best guess is that the policy language grants trustee status to one of those shell corporations and beneficiary status to the other. As a result of Dylan's decision to forego the draft and come back to school Edward stands to lose a bunch of money he was planning on getting if his son's draft stock took a hit. Now he is trying to strong arm Dylan into going pro so he can cash in on the policy.

On a serious note, it almost makes me want Dylan to go pro and get away from that insanity. Damn.

This can't be real y'all.

No way this is real.

If this is real frick every bit of that shite. I'd rather deal with Lee at MLB than deal with this kind of drama.

Sadly, I linked the complaint. Skimming it now, and my brain is having trouble processing it. It's a lawsuit involving manipulation of foreign currency, and he's sued Burger King.

I'm pretty sure much of this is some sovereign citizen off-shoot shite. He identifies himself as the "libellant," which is a term I'm not familiar with but appears to be a term sometimes used in admiralty court. LINK

I've been trying to hold off on the bashing but I almost spit out a swallow of water when I got to this line.

I actually feel bad for Moses. No wonder he didn’t go to LSU. He wanted to get away from that guy

I don't want to cast aspersions, so I'll just leave it at this: ask anyone in the BR legal community.

Since nobody can be this fricking crazy, I'm thinking he is actually a hilarious satirist and expert troll.

I don't think so, but he certainly won't sit idly by while Dylan's right to engage in intergalactic athletic intercourse is being endangered.

Nope. He's pretty clearly a sovereign citizen who somehow managed to get a law license. Or at the very least he dabbles in sovereignism. Definitely a troll, but it ain't satire.
