Think Klatt's points on BoB, our offense and the flaws, the reason losing the 2 WRs was such a big deal, etc is really on point

Good ole Joel Klatt. The man that said Tee Martin was a revolutionary offensive play caller at USC.

Wish Herbstreit would jump to the NFL and Klatt would leave Fox for ESPN.

Like him or hate him, he brings a level of intelligent, detailed discussion that is refreshing.

What is there to analyze ? Every skill player on the team was injured, and out of the game. WR1, WR2, RB1, and RB3.

That's the game. Period. I wish everyone would stop patting georgia on the back. They won the game, but they didn't beat Alabama. That wasn't Alabama on that field last night.

Embarrassing for them that our second string had the lead in the fourth quarter. Put Metch and Jamo on that field and Bama smokes them.

Klatt famously pronounced the Bama dynasty over after the Ole Miss loss in 2015 on an episode with Cowherd.

But then he owned it when he was wrong after the national championship game. Have to give him credit for that.

After the final game last year, he went on and on about Mac being the most NFL ready QB of the bunch, stressing that his greatest tools...the ability to rapidly process information, and the ability to put the ball on time and on target (on time + on target = YAC)...were the most important skills for an NFL QB.

Klatt was absolutely dead on accurate in his assessment of Bob. 1,000%.

He's become one of my favorite analysts.

I doubt that any Georgia fan alive feels embarrassed.

There were many opportunities to win this game in spite of the injuries and we did not take advantage of them. Loss is ultimately on execution on offense.

Yea, I don't always agree with him but I appreciate Klatt's general approach to discussing things. When he first started on FOX and they were battling to push their way into the CFB scene he definitely got caught up in being on "Team Big Ten/BigXII" for the first 2-3 years. But the last few years he's been pretty straightforward and I enjoy listening to his analysis.

Texas had no proof they beat us with Colt. We have Proof of Running UGA off the field with Jamo and Metchie. shite Happens UGA is National Champs and we aren’t, move on to next year.

Metchie and Williams both had over 100 yards in that first game against Georgia - and Metchie's yardage was all in a quarter and a half before his ACL tear in the second quarter. Losing Williams was the turning point of the ball game, lead or no. The consequence of losing two 1,000+ yard receivers isn't easily recovered from.

down to one healthy rb (Sanders may never be the same), but I think Robinson was the #1 rb start of the season and all year

Jace McClellan was the best RB on the team. I got nothing but love for BRob, and the way he competed this year, but Jace was a poor mans Najee. The offense took a step back the second he got injured. He was the best receiver out of the backfield, and had a higher gear than BRob.

So you're saying that Texas A&M would beat us in a rematch because they PROVED that they could beat us when we had BOTH receivers healthy.

See how fricking stupid your logic is?

You clearly do not know the meaning of the word "proof". At all.

Just fricking stop already. You think losing a Heisman finalist QB is "easily recovered from"?

You want to blame the loss on losing Williams and Metchie...fine. Just never say another disparaging word about Texas fans who blame their loss to us on McCoy's injury. Ever.

I have no problem with Texas fans believing they would have won if Colt hadn't gotten hurt. I think they're wrong but they're entitled to their opinion.
My problem is the fans who somehow believe that his injury somehow diminishes or makes illegitimate our title that year.
Same with this year. I have no problem with anyone claiming we would have won if Metchie and Williams were healthy, I believe there's ample evidence to support that claim. I believe it myself.
But that doesn't take anything away from Georgia. They're still national champs. Injuries happen and that doesn't diminish their accomplishment.

Klatt does good work for the most part. Can get a little too hot-takey at times.
Blackledge is awesome all around.
Folks may not like him but I learn when watching Cubelic, although he's maybe too trenches-centric.
