Colt Lumpris de committed and is going to Michigan. I don’t care at all but it’s recruiting news.

Good to know that with all of the changes in recruiting the past 5 years, one thing with the kids hasn't changed.

Their word and commitment still mean nothing.

So, IMO, they really only have one, maybe two games they have a shot at losing.

That’s true of the whole Big 10: 3 or 4 really good teams, then the rest of the conference is “buy game” teams.

When you add to the fact IU plays NO ONE in their OOC schedule, they most likely end up 11-1 (I think they lose to OSU this year) and maybe 10-2 at worst. Either way, they're in the CFP.

DeBoer quote on the size of the Class of 2027:

quote:

“There won’t be a big group this fall,” DeBoer told reporters at the SEC’s spring meetings on Tuesday. “I think it will be much less than what we’ve had the last two seasons, but a lot of that’s because we have retained well. And again, brought in a group of transfers and don’t have many seniors.”

Pretty sure there were no visits this past weekend. It’s this coming weekend with the big fish coming to town.

Gotcha. I thought it was this weekend but I guess that wouldn’t make sense with the holiday and the meetings in Destin. Got my weekends mixed up.

Appreciate it!

NP. Time does fly and it's incredibly easy to get dates mixed up. God knows, I do it all the time.

Is it too much to ask for a night game in September?

Just looking at highlights of Tai Phillips there is no way that there are 70 running backs that are better than he is.
