As long as Kirk keeps his son at OC they have no chance of winning anything of importance.

Why are these Iowa fans so fricking toxic over Proctor leaving?

This meltdown is very strange

I've driven through Iowa and all I can say now is, no wonder why the people there are always so miserable

Their offense is such a shite show it makes ours under BooB look like an unstoppable behemoth, so I can understand them being upset over losing a 5* recruit on that side of the ball. Especially one who is actually from Iowa.

I’m my experience, Nebraska is the absolute worst state to drive through

Nebraska…worst

Sadly, I’ve lived in both (and Wisconsin and Illinois). Praise God for moving to the South before going to college. I didn’t even know the Midwest girls were…how to say it nicely…less attractive than Southern girls

Hope we dominate on Wed and get back to being a physically tough team!

You aren't lying.

I swear it took us 3 days to drive from one end of Nebraska to the other when we moved from Mississippi to Idaho.

fricking brutal.

Same when I moved from FL to WA. It’s like being waterboarded with cornfields.

I ran into Brent Calloway’s dad at Wal Mart in Florence, Alabama about eight years ago. He recognized me from coaching basketball. I had no idea who he was. But he struck up a conversation and did most of the talking. So I just asked him what happened. According to his dad, he wanted to go to Alabama the whole time, but didn’t want to tell other coaches he wasn’t going to their school. So he wanted time to deal with it. He got a phone call before I could ask about the other incident.

I always thought Kansas was the worst. But it is all tough driving.

CB target Damari Brown's brother just committed to Miami, as expected. Tim Watts apparently believes Bama is out on Desmond Ricks, and Auburn is the late favorite for Tyler Scott.

Looks like Bama might be done for DBs unless something changes in the next 48-72 hours.

I road tripped once from Birmingham to Williston, ND for work, in February. It's an absolute beast of a drive. But all of Iowa, Southern and West Minnesota, and Bismarck to Minot to Williston are just mind numbing areas to drive through. There is NOTHING interesting to look at. Hills and snow, snow and hills.

I don't blame him for wanting out of Iowa. There just nothing in-between major cities. and they are HOURS apart.

Woof. Better hope Jahlil Hurley is a home run at corner, and even then 1 corner is not ideal

Can get CB through the portal. Missing on recruits is not a big deal as it was. The portal changed that.

After seeing how long it took a really good player like Ricks to get on the field consistently I am pretty skeptical about portal DBs.

The portal 9 out of 10 times is fool's gold.
