Honestly i've had Dijon noted as a potential surprise flip for a while. I think there's too much there between him and Georgia to say it's not a 50/50 chance
Keelon I don't think is an idiot though
Can't imagine anyone is excited to play for Shurmur, but I bet they're pitching day one starting

That was a BAD loss.
Yep. Really bad for our brand.
We can still recover, but that was shitty

Auburn has a top 5 class with the product they've put on the field this season. I don't think recruits care about anyone's brand but their own anymore.

Astute observation. You seem to be right.
Auburn's recruiting class just makes you say "Who frickin knows what's going on anymore?" It defies all logic

Which is why I am basically at the “Atlas Shrugged” point in my Alabama fandom. Oats’ recruiting success with hoops really surpasses even Saban’s insofar as how it relate ps to an NIL budget. While there may still be a small segment of prospects who are inclined to sign with a school/coach who can truly best develop their game for the next level, the majority of them will simply go with the biggest bag for the short term.
This is why the Texas schools, OSU, Oregon, and even the Florida schools if they get their act together will have a huge advantage over most others. You add the bonus of a state like Texas with no income tax and it’s just a recipe for a tiny minority of teams being able to basically corner the market for the top players via recruiting AND the portal. Unlike the NFL, there is no salary cap at this level.

Best news.
Wish there was some way to convince Dakorien Moore to come as well.
4TDs catches in a game?
They seem telekinetic playing with each other.

Also want to highlight that team Keelom just lit up is one of the great storied teams in Texas ball and an absolute powerhouse.
He and Moore lit their arse up like they were one of the best programs in the country.
Wow

This is something I don't understand why it doesn't happen more often - it just makes sense to me. Reckon it is a team chemistry thing, where the other players feel not part of the clique?

Different position coaches, different interests in schools, environments, campus, etc.

It's good to see that our top recruits are really locked in with us.

With a gazillion melt-threads on this board, the recruiting thread feels like a safe haven.
From espn: LINK
"Ivan Taylor, CB (Winter Garden, Florida)
ESPN 300 rank: No. 41
Position rank: No. 5 CB
Committed to: Michigan Wolverines
Recruitment intel: Taylor, the son of two-time Super Bowl champion Ike Taylor, flipped his commitment from Notre Dame to Michigan in July. Could the agile defensive back flip again between now and the early signing period?
The latest: As the 2025 cycle winds down, Taylor is in touch with two programs: Michigan and Alabama. The Crimson Tide have kept up their recruitment of Taylor since his commitment to Michigan with co-defensive coordinator and defensive backs coach Colin Hitschler leading the charge, and Taylor is expected to visit Alabama again this fall.
For now, Taylor remains the crown jewel of Sherrone Moore's inaugural class at Michigan. But Kalen DeBoer and Alabama are working hard to lure Taylor to the Crimson Tide's second-ranked 2025 class, and questions will persist as long as Taylor's recruitment remains open this fall."

This dude is going to be amazing at Bama. Watch the elusiveness to slide out of the way before that throw. I think he is Jayden Daniels part two.
