He will start in 2025. The wide receiver corps will be loaded with him, Ryan Williams, Odom, etc.

I'm really loving all of the negative media hype. Hopefully the team uses it for motivation

I’m not quite sure why our team gets so much negative publicity from the media. This team is really good and DeBoer is a great coach. It’s a lot of the same players who won the SEC championship last year.

I’m not sure why people read or watch what the media says. I watch a shite ton of football and don’t really need some balding frick with a journalism degree from a community college to tell me who they think will win.

I just watch the games and have a pretty damn good feel of who is good and who isn’t.

I get the sentiment but it’s impossible to avoid media coverage in today’s world. The media drives the narrative and they are constantly shitting on our program. That narrative influences recruits and players on the team. The sooner the season starts the better. When people see the product in action that will help curtail the negativity.

I legitimately only see anything if it’s sent to me by a friend. I don’t watch any of the pregame stuff, espn talking head garbage, listen to sports radio or any of it. It’s a huge waste of time.

I do stuff around the house or with family, work, play video games and then when it’s game time I watch.

I can also guarantee you most 17 year olds aren’t watching Paul Finebaum. It doesn’t seem to be negatively effecting recruiting as we have the number two class and the highest per recruit rating. If a kid doesn’t come to Alabama because he saw a segment of First Take then I do not want him at Alabama

But Saban is on game day now. How can you not watch?

If he says anything cool or important it ends up getting posted here or sent to me. I also watched his press conferences for 17 years so I feel like I kinda already get it. Hes going to be super complimentary toward other coaches and programs. He’s a wealth of knowledge, but he’s not ever going to be someone to have hot takes no matter how much they try to push him towards that.

“Those guys do a great job at Vanderbilt and I think they have a great opportunity to compete and really win a lot of football games this year”.

Ok coach.

5-star CB Dijon Lee

Dijon Lee did it all against Santa Margarita Catholic. He had a nasty hit, he picked a pass off, he had a big catch on offense and he had a nice return on special teams. He will play cornerback at Alabama and he was strong in coverage all night. Lee had a couple of pass break-ups and he was very physical all game. He plans to be in Tuscaloosa for the Georgia game.

Wow. Kid made one scrimmage look like a mid-season highlight film.

Great feet, touch and accuracy. He has amazing awareness and uses his feet well. Doesn't even always run. Squares shoulders and makes accurate throws when he's pushed out of the pocket.

Really again.. wow.

If Keelon ends up signing with us, he'll win the Heisman trophy. He's a ridiculous talent.

Love how he extends the play and keeps his eyes scanning downfield!

A bad center kills the other four linemen

- Bill Belichick

It was the difference in winning a championship last season for us

If I could take one player from any of Saban's previous teams and put him on the 2023 team it would have been Barrett Jones. That would have changed the outcome of the Michigan game.

C'mon man, just stop with the nonsense of trying to place all the blame on one player or one aspect of the team. The reality is, Michigan had more experienced players and better coaching than Alabama did, and the result reflected that.

Certainly the errant snaps hindered the offense and certain plays, but it did not "cost us any games" in terms of losses. It was obvious that CNS struggled with the entire bigger picture these last few seasons, and it finally reached its breaking point in 2023.
