Yeah and Jeffrey Simmons was nearly untouchable for any other program because he beat the hell out of a woman on video.
Big time players don’t really go to State out of highschool. Now they definitely develop them from time to time. There’s a lot of untapped potential with Mississippi kids. High schools in the state just aren’t great at developing players.

They get plenty of Fletcher Cox, Simmons, Chris Jones, etc. The state puts out OL/DL more than other positions . Ackerman being 20 minutes from MSU has to be factored as well
We have our officials meeting at his HS and I will prolly have a game or two of his . Great talent but doesn’t have to be used in their offense
I guess my point wa that the state doesn’t produce a lot of 5 star players but MSU/OM gets their fair share OF 4 star in state talent

Who the player from Mississippi. I think he was Db. He posted videos on Twitter of himself running up a wall and doing backflips. I can't remember what happened to him.
