Spend 5 minutes in the state of Ohio and you’ll see the comedy in this.

I had to take my dad to the Cleveland Clinic years ago. Great medical facility but what a turd town Cleveland is.

My dad used to call Cleveland the Mistake by the Lake.

OSU fans are the epitome of "Northern Arrogance".
Which is funny considering what a dump their school is located in. Tuscaloosa is no metropolis, but Columbus is just gross. White Castle isn't culture.

This. I often wondered why players are so attracted to Columbus. Ugly state and it’s freezing cold seven months out of the year.

Anybody know the scoop on Jackson Lloyd? Heard he may be leaning OSU now

Visited the Ohio St campus a few months back. Definitely nothing impressive about it.

His OV at Bama starts today.

I lived there for 4 years. It depressed me every fall/winter. It wasn’t just cold but overcast all the time. The women are nothing to write home about
I had fun there but would never move back. Their fans are wildly annoying.
The appeal would be you’re the only game in town in a pretty big city and state capitol. OSU is the only major college in the state, so it’d be like if there was no Auburn and Alabama played in Birmingham and Birmingham was about 3 times as big and better run as a city.
It’s definitely not a place I would play ball but folks like different things I guess

Did you start that thread on BOL stating the same thing ? Or just parrot it on here ?
Posted on 6/14/24 at 9:39 am to rtr12
He’s not leaning to OSU. That same thread keeps getting started on BOL.

Rumor that Ty Haywood won't visit OU this weekend. Would possibly be good for us. Rodney Orr mentioned that he heard this morning that ATM is involved more than previously known. I guess we'll see. Overall, it would likely be a positive, though.

Alabama is squarely in it for Haywood. Grew up an Alabama fan. His mother has loads of family in Mississippi and Alabama. But the official visit to OU was cancelled because his mother could not make the trip.

i hope that kid London Simmons doesnt commit to us. His film is trash imo.

How can you even tell? He’s blowing everyone up even when triple teamed. He plays in a small classification in Mississippi. His camp evaluation is why Alabama is still after him.
