Rivals Five-Star: Mid-South prospects that can boost ranking at event
quote:
The Rivals Five-Star is two weeks away, and prospects from across the country will descend on Jacksonville, Fla., to compete against their peers in the 2025 and 2026 classes. Many of these competitors are known quantities after competing at other top-tier events, but others have had fewer opportunities against elite competition and will have a chance to boost their stock.
Rivals.com national recruiting analyst Marshall Levenson spotlights five of these prospects below.
quote:
QB Keelon Russell
Russell has had possibly the best offseason of any quarterback in the country. Coming off a state championship, Russell earned his way to the Elite 11 Finals, got an offer and committed to Alabama, and also saw his ranking rise nearly 200 spots to inside the top-50.
If the new Tide commit continues his upwards trend and dominates in Jacksonville, he could very well find himself in the discussion to be a five-star prospect.

Anyone heard anything regarding Offord??

Could mean something could mean nothing but Bama online shared a pic of Offord at a 7v7 event today and he’s sporting Bama gloves in the pic. Hopefully it means a flip is coming!

I’m not sure about that but I do know his mom shared a video on X from his OV this past weekend and it’s clear they had a great time!

Yes when I made this account that album was "new"

He mentioned a position change recently so I am taking that as positive news for Bama.

Someone should tell Offord's mom. She had a blast in Tuscaloosa.

OSU fans are the epitome of "Northern Arrogance". They honest to God believe:
That OSU is academically on par with Princeton and all their players could have been accepted at Princeton.
That everyone associated with the school (alums, students, players, coaches, professors, even fans) are smarter, more sophisticated, more hip, more clever, more innovative, works harder and are just all around superior people to everyone else.
They're about on par with Texas and way above UGA fans in terms of overall arrogance and obnoxiousness. To know them is to loathe them. I guess that's why (for me) that if they were playing the Taliban, I'd be pulling for the Taliban.

I know a school within the state of Alabama that has all these traits you mentioned above about OSU

The funny thing will be when they don't win it all this year after all the money they have dished out for their super team.
