I believe his sister plays softball at Auburn so he may end up being a tough pull from them.

If you look at his film he looks like the old school Bama lineman. Just shoving lineman around. Would be huge imo.

Elijah Haven, the #1 ranked QB in the Class of 2027, visited yesterday and his father says we are "at the top" of his recruitment.

Louisiana has 2 very highly rated QBs in that class and they hold a commitment from 1 of them already.

The other QB they are after is Garrett Nussmeier's brother.

Yes. He played at Dunham HighSchool a smaller private school but has some good athletes. Knowing the family in that I coached for an organization that his father was president of not personally but I think he is a tough pull from LSU. JMO.

Florida was his leader before this weekend.

He's returning to Tuscaloosa in 3 weeks for another visit.

That’s really shocking. But again I knew his dad from a distance. I have no inside knowledge of him or their decision but it’s tough getting kids out of the greater Baton Rouge areas.

Just read this kid visited for the game yesterday.

quote:

5-star WR Kesean Bowman, a Tennessee native, was invited to Tuscaloosa this weekend to witness the Third Saturday in October. He got to see Alabama put belt to behind of Tennessee on the way to a 37-20 victory. DeBoer put a stamp on the visit by extending an official offer to the 2027 5-star:

quote:

Bowman, a one-time Oregon commitment, is currently ranked as the No. 31 overall player and the No. 5 WR in the 2027 class, per the 247 composite.

If game environments matter I can’t imagine a better show for recruits.

Nice pickup. This qb room should keep the wr pipeline to Bama going.
Welcome aboard Mr. Howard and Mr. Seaborn!
