Alabama needs him. Our wide receiver room is thin.

Some of these kids really need to watch the film from Washington's WRs.

I really don't understand why a class of '25 guy is decommitting before even meeting with the new staff. Makes no sense.

College football is close to being dead at this point. It’s really not that much fun to watch with the antics of NIL, transfers, social media. Just flat out sucks.

It’s on the verge of being all about the Benjamins. Loyalty, TEAM, etc will be something that used to exist.

The slate is wiped cleaned with Ffrench unfortunately, you got to recruit him from square one with Saban gone, his position coach gone, and his primary recruiter likely gone.

FSU has a lot of momentum with him, especially with his QB committed there.

It’s not on the verge. It’s already all about money. College football is now professional football without rules. In the NFL, you can’t poach players from opposing teams without penalty.

This is encouraging...

NEW BAMA STAFF REACHING OUT TO HS COACHES

quote:

Thompson head coach Mark Freeman tells WVTM13's Sports Director Ryan Hennessy that a member of Kalen DeBour's staff has already reached out.

"Courtney has texted last night and some point today we are going to talk to coach," said Freeman.

Courtney is Courtney Morgan, Kalen DeBoer's right-hand man and General Manager at Washington.

One of the reasons why Harsin did not last at Auburn was his inability to connect with Alabama high school coaches. DeBoer seems to understand how to work the system and form relationships.

If Harbaugh goes to the NFL, hopefully Courtney is able to pull a few portal transfers from Michigan

Haven’t looked back but I wonder how good Sayin and DeBoer got along during his recruitment since they were both out west

I hope we can pull some of those signees from Washington because man they got some underrated talent at the receiver positions and in the secondary.

Jason Robinson 5'10, 165 (WR) extremely shifty and fast. We need that if we miss on Ryan Williams.

Peyton Waters 6'4, 185 (ATH) a tall receiver who is a long strider.

Justice Williams 6'4, 185 (WR) he could be flat out elite. He has the tools.

Joshua Lair 6'1, 175 (S) a straight up thumper.

Last thing we need to do is be adding transfers right now. Dudes looking for any reason to leave already.
