This is the same fanbase that was convinced they were flipping Tua in 2016 just because LSU finally offered him.

Sounds like a tolerance issue, having had it diagnosed for 20 years.

It a weird way, it probably helps him sympathetically...

I said this in another thread but I'm going to ask it here too

LSU says UCF deserves the nation Championship over Bama last season because the were undefeated and we had a loss. Using that logic, shouldn't UCF be number 3 in the rankings instead of LSU?

I don't think it'll matter. Given Urban's history with medical issues the timing of this suggests that he knows Haskins is going pro, the rest of their QBs suck, and the OL is only going to get worse going forward.

Taulia and family are visiting Baton Rouge this weekend, like they went to Knoxville,if I am not mistaken . They may be misinterpreting that as some sign of impending commitment

I doubt Taulia would flip, but I'm not going to hold it against him if he did. Burrow is gone, and he's already as good as Brennan. He might just be a day one starter there.

That said, the Water12321 guy sounds like an idiot.

The "insider" said he was an offensive player.

I think it's Noah Cain -- LSU OV this weekend.

So Newburg crystals Dean to Bulldogs would we be happy if crouch was one of the linebackers?

I doubt that Josh Newberg has any intel on Dean other than FSU falling out of the mix for him. I suspect he just flipped his CB pick from FSU to UGA because UGA has more CBs for Dean. I think Bama leads for and feels pretty confident about Dean, and To'oto'o too. I think that's why Bama hasn't pushed for Crouch at all. It appears Crouch will go to Clemson -- as I've thought for about six months now.

I just didn’t know if Newberg was legit ! Much rather have Dean and To’oto’o. If close with this Dline and these linebackers with Lee and a couple of the ends will play with hand up this will be one of the best classes of Sabams era. Also let’s not forget Thibs!!!!

Newburg, after Trey Sanders and Evan Neal visits to FSU for the Clemson beatdown — "I spoke to a source close to the pair of five-star recruits and was told a few important things.

— Playing time is not a factor in either of their recruitments. They know they can go in and play early at every school they are considering.

— I was told both of them really like and respect Willie Taggart and can see what he is building, however, like many top prospects they also want to win. It’s one thing to talk about turning the program around and another to do it. Right now it’s a tough sell with the performance on the field.

— Evan Neal will likely take a few OVs; Alabama, FSU, Miami and possibly Oklahoma. After the visit a source close to Neal tells me Alabama remains the front runner to land him.

— Trey Sanders' status for an FSU OV is not as certain. Whether or not he sets it up is still up in the air. This sort of shows where FSU stands in his recruitment."

Sweet! Thanks surge , really good news . I know these kids only get to do this once a lifetime , but I wish half of them at least would just commit. It’s gonna be an incredible December, Jan., Feb.... will get commits each month hopefully

I think we'll have the class almost filled in Dec. I like our chances of getting Thibodeaux. I'm confident we can land all our commits (except Cheney) and add Sanders, Neal, Sopsher, Dean and To'oto'o — also Pola-Gates and Devonta Lee if they end up being takes. Our chances are also pretty good with our other top targets — Pickens, Webb, Wright, Thibs, Carter...

I think Sopsher is signing day? Is Webb? I think like you said most will be done . That would be a good list to do , not that you don’t do enough the dates of our top targets!! Lol

Early enrollees are noted on the top targets list, but not early signees. The only targets planning to wait until Feb to sign are Keilan Robinson, Pickens, Devonta Lee, Wright, Sopsher, Handy and Pola-Gates. To'oto'o might wait too, but he, KRob and Wright might decide to sign in Dec.

Pickens might have to wait until he qualifies instead of getting an NLI to sign in Feb. Watts says he can do it IF he puts in the work. But he might have to retake classes, etc. I doubt we'll take the risk of losing a spot by him signing in Feb and then failing to qualify. Instead, we can hold his signing spot and take him as blueshirt.

I was able to do that off the top of my head without even looking at any list. That tells me I spend way too much time tracking recruiting.

I like our chances even more with Thib now that Helton is on the hot seat and FSU is going in the wrong direction.

Also going to start thread of a rumor about Coach O going to USC if Helton is out.
