Bates isn't coming here. It's a different work/life culture there that those guys love. Saban is a grinder. Dabo has a family culture that's getting results

I don't think Dabo can have that "family culture" taking days off in the SEC. You can do that in the ACC.

Gattis is a great WR coach and recruiter, but how many more titles can we give a guy who is already co-offensive coordinator? Locksley is making a great hire and I suspect Enos may want some input on his Wr coach?

I trust Saban to hire another good WR coach, I understand the general uproar about the turnover this year, but I firmly believe this staff was a huge upgrade from last years and that similarly Saban can pull together another quality staff.

Gattis directly relates to our recruiting. That really hurt us for Fleming.
