Alabama, LSU, and a few others used to get whatever they wanted out of Mississippi. That changed about 10 years ago. Kids would rather stay on a mediocre program bound for nowhere, than get out.

So what he's saying is Saban wanted a low character guy in this class and several more the past few years. Tim is a buffoon and is not a forward thinker.
I went to that church once, just once a few years ago. He's a fire and brimstone type of dude. Constantly bragged about hiding pennies all over the state capitol building because they say In God We Trust on them. I think he did this when ding bat R. Moore got in trouble the first time with the 10 commandments.
