I honestly think this class for Uga happened because Kirby had no real competition recruiting against him from the east. Cheddar at Fla was a lame duck and everyone knew it. Butch, for whatever reason, didn't seem to want to go toe to toe against anyone. That will change this year. Pruitt will get his share and I have a feeling that Mullen will do much better at Fla than MSU.

Nose tackle is a DT, but that’s what I was trying to say if I wasn’t clear enough. The only true one we’ve gotten in the past three years is Payne. Granted we got screwed on the Marvin Wilson race with Bo and Kendall Jones had grade/weight issues.

Perfect storm for Kirby. He’s already an elite recruiter and he had the luxury of a great year in state, turnover at two key rivals, and the promise of playing time.
Not going to dismiss UGA’s success because this is the first time someone else in the SEC has had a class at this level since Saban arrived and it did come at our expense on several spots.
