Good lord
Yeah we're really upsetting the pure, delicate nature of NCAA amateurism with this.

Guess I missed my paycheck from being Chuck's lawyer. I didnt push for his reinstatement.

And pretty sure college athletics has been nuked since NIL and the transfer portal became the norm.

Plus this shite was coming eventually anyway.

Tennessee’s qb held out 48 hours before the spring game seeking 6 million a few months after losing by 30 in a playoff game

It’s broken. We lost our huge runningback pickup a few weeks after he enrolled. I’m rooting for the stupidest things to happen until someone decides to fix it

If I didn’t have my degree from UA and decided to go back to school, I can. Why can’t athletes do the same? Hell the 5 year counter is laughable in this reality where the amateurs make more money in a year than I will in half a decade if not more. If the colleges want all the old restrictions minus compensation back, they need the athletes to be employees and a CBA that defines all these parameters.

Exactly this. The years of eligibility limits are the next to fall and they’re already a joke.

I’m hoping someone in media can get ahold of Oats to see if it’s his plan to play him on Saturday.

I’m thinking he won’t play Saturday and only will play if a judge says his eligible for the reminder of the season.

100% agree. We also don’t know where his conditioning is.

Dude been bouncing around the G League and Europe. He's probably in playing shape or damn near it. Getting integrated into the team defense is probably the limitation.

He played 34 games this past season in the g-league. averaged 10ppg. Hes in shape, and should make an immediate impact
