I was trying to think of a bigger regular season win for Bama, especially a bigger home regular season win, than the Georgia game last week.
I really couldn't come up with an obvious one.

Now here we are 7 days later, and I can't think of a bigger regular season loss.

Closest I can think of is 2010 Florida to South Carolina.

I'm not even necessarily talking about back to back. Simply the biggest regular season win, at least at home.
And then the biggest loss.

I'd argue still the La-Monroe was a bigger disappointment than yesterday.
But, not by much.
I really couldn't come up with a bigger regular season win at home.

Life's not fair.

See that's funny because you didn't put a space between "in just".

I feel fairly confident saying Kalen DeBose had the best win he will ever have at Bama and the worst loss he’ll ever have in the span of a week.

In 2007 Alabama was 6-4, unranked, and on a two game losing streak when they lost to UL Monroe. That game sucked but was not near as bad as losing as the #1 team to Vandy. Vandy!

The opposite happened in 2012, when we pulled off the big win at LSU, only to turn around and lose at home the next week to Johnny Manziel.

That TAMU team was a top 5 team and had the Heisman winner and a future HoF WR. Not the same at all.

That loss to ULM came in the middle of a four game losing streak. We didn’t have a good team.

This loss is on another level.

You guys are assuming that this team is not with glaring deficiencies and won't lose multiple games down the stretch.

The defense is bad and has issues. South Carolina may beat us next week

I think it's safe to say our team got caught reading their own press clippings. Everyone has been slapping them on the back telling them how great they are. New sponsorships coming in.

Wednesday night on the KD show, all they talked about was our big win & barely even mentioned Vandy. I kept waiting for KD to say we need to calm down & move on from this shite & worry about our next opponent but he never did. I knew then that our level of concern for this game wasn't where it needed to be.

If we rebound, we may look back and say South Carona is our biggest win. It's an absolute must-win, or the wheels may really come off.

I would honestly pick South Carolina to win right now. Our defense can’t stop a nose bleed.
