The only college teams he would ever work for would be Army or Navy. If he wants an NFL job still he will have his pick if he doesn't want to be GM.

It’s just a question. I don’t see him coming here but stays in the NFL

He's still an elite football coach. GM? not so much.

Elite defensive coach.

Becoming GM as well hurt his coaching

Belichick has been the GM since he was hired at New England. Brady masked a lot of his coaching deficiencies. No one will ever deny the man is a defensive genius but I think we all now know who was most responsible for that dynasty in Foxboro.

What he and his so called OCs did to Mac is a crime. He was pro bowl his rookie year now he can't complete a pass. That's real development.

I don't see how anyone can call him elite after what he has done without Brady.

Bill Belichick is mid. He’s never not had superstars around him at position coaches and key defensive backs. Him drafting Tom Brady carried his entire career and he finally showed how terrible he was when he didn’t have any of what he had in Cleveland or the early Patriot days.

He had Nick Saban almost the entire time at Cleveland. But of course he’ll get all the credit for Cleveland’s best season in 10 years at that point.

Regardless of what some ppl think about Belichick, he’s won six SB’s as a head coach. Never heard Brady say anything bad about him only that he was a great teacher of the game.

Don’t win that many SB’s just off talent. I’m sure it has to do with knowing how to coach. As far as Mac, sometimes you don’t fit in with an organization and it’s was a tough spot to be in trying to play QB in the shadow of Brady. Mac will have another opportunity maybe somewhere else.

Brady won most of his Super Bowls with defense and field goals. He would have absolutely lost against Seattle without an amazing defensive play.

Last year they needed 2 OTs and a WR1. BB brain goes for a CB, a punter, a kicker,…. I sh1t you not. His record without TB12 is <.500. And he’s a worse GM than coach. He’d been trying to trade Brady since 2015 but Kraft wouldn’t let him. When Mac showed up and went to the Pro Bowl as a rookie BB yipped. He sabotaged Mac because he didn’t want to have to share the praise like with Brady.
