I think we win by 12, but I'm just guessing and gut feeling. Someone break down the match ups so I feel even better. Thanks and ROLL TIDE!

Bama OL vs Clem DL - Clemson
Tua & receivers vs Clemson DBs - Tua & pals
Clemsin OL vs Bama DL - Bama
Trevor & pals vs Bama secondary - Trevor & pals
Clemson run O vs Bama run D - push
Bama run O vs Clemson run D - push

Both teams have good DLs and subpar LB units.
Both teams have average DB play. Bama has better safeties, and Clempsum has better corners.

Neither team has to run to win.

The team that generates the most pass rush likely wins.

It’s gonna be a close game either way! I think the team with the fewest mistakes wins this one. Need to pressure the qb and make him make mistakes!

I like our OL vs their DL better than most...our DL will cause Sunshine fits!!! And I'm not overly impressed with Clempson Run game....I think our front 6 should slow that down so we can keep 2 safeties over the top.

I agree and what makes people think our o-line is not better than the one that faced a better Clemson front 7 last year.
This was a Bama offense lead by jalen and not Tua.
Clemson is Qb different and Ross to give them there size Wr.
Take away there deep ball and I think our D-line pressure makes the difference.

I def wouldn’t say Clemson has better corners. Their secondary is a huge step down from ours. They’ve been shredded for over 400 yards twice this year despite playing a much weaker slate of qbs

It boils down to protection. If the line gives Tua 3 seconds we win easily but if they get to him successfully then they win a close one. Tua has a quick release so I think we kick their arse.

However we rate these matchups we should consider the conference Clemson plays in. Who have they played?

Both of Clemson’s corners will be in the NFL.

As of today, they’re better than Bama’s.

Let’s not pretend Bama’s regular season schedule was full of juggernauts.

Break down who Clemson has faced QB wise and team wise vs our opponents. They have cakewalked their way to where they are.

I think our OL is up to the challenge and I am not so sure their secondary is. I don't think their OL has been challenged either and that QB is not used to people getting after him.

Honestly, I think Miss State's DL > Clemson's DL. I'd take Sweat & Simmons over Ferrell & Wilkins all day.

Christian Wilkins is shitting his pants because Brown is out. He has to face Lester Cotton again.

Surtain will also be in the NFL and he's played outstanding as a true freshman.

Bama has to get off the field on 3rd down and has to avoid stupid mental errors/penalties. That’s the first thing we need to win.

Bama has atleast 2 nfl corners in surtain and carter too. And smith is a possibility. So yeah that doesn’t give them An edge at all

I think Trevor hasn’t faced anything like our DL in his freshman life
