If the DC hasn't learned yet how to stop that offense, then he needs to be sent packing.

I disagree with your entire post, Can he come back? Yes. Should he be guaranteed a starting spot? No. He should’ve been benched against Tennessee.

I was referring to the bowl game…. Not next year FYI

Didnt that used to be the Steak bowl?

Yeah we use to be a proper nation with consolation bowls sponsored by steakhouse chains with an australian theme.

Y'all mfers thought you were done with Jalen Milroe but he said, "I can make some more backbreaking frick ups and fumbles against Michigan's defense."

God has a way of humbling all of us and we must pay for the success we enjoyed during the Saban years. Milroe is part of that humbling.

So wait he's going to let them make their announcement to the team tomorrow? He knows they have Twitter right? He just made it for them.

How'd you get 10 venues? Are you counting 1st Rd games? Those are on campus so don't affect the bowls. After that only 7 venues are needed: 4 for quarter finals, 2 for semifinals, 1 for NCG.

Looks like KDB AND the WRs knew we had to just get through this year … hopefully the offense will open up more next year

That’s a not very subliminal message about the QB, to my eyes at least.

Most promising statement I've heard in years. This is a huge boost in KDB favorability for me

I love that he said that. I mean any competent individual could look at this years Alabama team and tell that they were not the same offenses KDB has had at his other jobs.

I honestly hate we lost Odom (I like his size) him and meadows would have been lethal.. but I honestly like these new freshman kids from last years class. I think we’re going to be okay.

I am concerned about QB. If these guys couldn’t beat out milroe I find it hard to think they’re going to just come out and be gun slingers. (I hope I’m wrong)

Moral of the story.. we all just gotta let KDB coach his style. Dude is a winner when he gets his group of guys in and developed. I believe the future is bright. If we retain Haywood we are ranked 2nd and if we lose him we are still top 4-5.
That’s a good first year pull after dropping 2 games to subpar teams and one to those pumpkin orange bastards.

Roll Tide and Beat Michigan.

That's a very interesting and encouraging comment from CKD. Discouraging that there either wasn't a better option behind him or that he stuck with Milroe out of loyalty.

Maybe he took the hit of a few losses and criticisms this year to keep the team together in year 1 and year 2 will be better. Who knows, but I'm encouraged

DeBoer didn't win all those games and not know what he was doing. The guy has been a winner everywhere he's been. I can't imagine how frustrating it was for him to not be able to run his full offense because the qb just couldn't do it.

Jalen seems like a good guy and I think he really does love it at Alabama, but Saban left DeBoer a turd for a qb. I just wish Jalen would see he has no future at qb and switch positions. Some idiotic NFL team will draft him, but we all know how it's going to end.

I think it is obvious Milroe was the best QB on the roster this year but he's not a particularly great QB.

That is potentially concerning about the current QB room behind Milroe. May mean that the 5-star freshman needs to be ready to go.
