My bad Boz. I apologize to the board.

One bright side is GoatLatia getting lit up on Twitter for a past racist tweet about Buchner

I can't stand that person. She posts on the on3 site regularly now. That board is a total shitshow.

BOL poster, does edits for players sometimes I think. She called Buchner an Asian slur last year on Twitter while watching a ND game and drooling over Freeman and I think got suspended for a short time.

Dosen't she have some inside connection to the program ? She always seems to have info. Or maybe she pretends to be an insider.

Does Alabama have a qb coach on the roster or is it just Rees?
And did ND have a separate qb coach or was it just Rees?
Asking because Rees had Buckner for two years and he threw 8 picks in only 118 pass attempts.
I know BoB was a mistake hire and had no desire to develop QBs. Hoping that Rees will do a better job. I doubt Buckner would have committed here and so quickly without being told he had a legitimate shot to be the starter.
Like Reier said, you could be looking at more than one current qb looking to move on after the Buckner commit.
I will say I am much more confident about Rees than BoB. Rees is young and looking to learn and work hard.

I guarantee you he was told that he would have the opportunity to compete, and that's it. Nothing more. That's what Saban tells all of these players, even the 5 stars.

Just my honest opinion....
I don't think Rees is a good QB developer. I hope I'm wrong but just got a feeling that he isn't.

I will say this about him...
I like his throwing mechanics. He's got a quick release and that's something Ty Simpson needs to add to his arsenal.

2) Buchner threw 3 int. Two of which were pick-6's.
So I watched the highlight again, 1st pick 6 was tipped at the LOS.
2nd was a shuttle pass that was tipped or bobbled.
3rd was a jumped route and 100% on Buckner.
Watch the highlights

After watching this again, I think this kid is actually pretty good.

Just watched the bowl game vs South Carolina
Buchner has really good pocket presence, has good accuracy and is a good runner.
He makes some bone headed decisions though like the shovel pass for an INT and the INT in the redzone in the 4th qt
If he cleans up the bad plays he will be really good, at the very least this is gonna push Ty Simpson to raise his level of play if he wants to become starter

I agree. Good dual threat QB. Just needs to be more careful to avoid turnovers. Milroe plays like a deer in the headlights.

This dude threw 3 picks(2 pick sixes) in those highlights(which was his best game) and Milroe is the one that plays like a deer in the headlights?
Both Milroe and Simpson are better than Buchner IMO.

The naysayers will be shocked at how good of an athlete Buchner is. This ain't no stiff pocket passer.
Posted on 4/27/23 at 4:26 pm to Shaft Williams
He's a good athlete, but he's careless with the ball. Which is everyone's main knock on Milroe, who is a better athlete than Buchner is. And Simpson, who doesn't seem to be as careless with the ball, is at least as good of an athlete as Buchner.
