That's my only beef with Jacorey Brooks. He's clutch but he gets tackled way too easily.
I love when receivers evade defensive backs through speed or elusiveness. I've never been crazy about a wide receiver struggling against gang tackling defenders for an extra yard for two. To me the added yard or two isn't worth the greater risk of fumbles or injuries. Get what you can, then go down seems like a better strategy to me.

Me either, but 1v1 I want the receiver to be difficult to bring down. Whether it be from elusiveness or power, you gotta make those DBs earn their tackles.

Same. Unless it’s Julio Jones as a freshman dragging practically LSU’s entire defense down the field for another 10 yards lol

Probably for recruiting purposes. Alabama recruits Florida heavily every year and IMG Academy is in St. Pete.

I’m actually going to the USF game. I like Tampa and rarely have a reason to go during CFB season

Columbia is a great place to eat down in Ybor City. Also, best Cuban Sandwich i ever had was at La Segunda there. La Teresita has great real deal Cuban food - and with mojitos. Really enjoyed my visit there during the SEC basketball tournament in '22. Dropped into a cigar factory near La Segunda and after talking with guy there, toured and saw ladies still hand rolling cigars. You can get a good cigar in Tampa.
